CryoTuff® gearboxes are more expensive because we start with a brand new gearbox, then there’s labour to dissassemble it then the cost of the 3 day CryoTuff® LN2 treatment, as well as TowPack® parts and the labour to reassemble ready for sale!
These are ideal for vehicles carrying heavy loads or kitted out with accessories such as under body armour, bullbar, winch, large driving lights etc, which can redirect the natural airflow away from the gearbox area.
