“Supplier” means manufacturer, importer or distributor that supplies products to the Consumer.

“Retailer” is the retail store whose name appears on the front home page or whose retail store the Consumer chooses as his preferred outlet.

“The Consumer” is the consumer that enters the web site and decides to purchase products.

The Site is an online retail store where potential buyers can choose from thousands of products and have them delivered to their home or preferred address or they can arrange to pick-up the item(s) from their selected retailer.
Consumer Information
This is an Australian web site and all prices are in Australian dollars. Prices shown include Australia Goods and Services Tax (GST).


Any orders are promptly despatched using well known freight and postage companies including Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. The correct shipping costs will be displayed within the check-out process.
If you choose to have your purchase(s) sent to your home, please allow between 2-7 days for your item to be delivered. This naturally depends on your location, the time of year and the size of your purchase.
If you choose to pick-up your purchase from our store, you will be advised when the item is ready for you to pick it up. If the item is in stock at the time of purchase you will be advised within 4-18 hours when you can pick up the item. If the item is not in stock, the item may be manufactured for you and you will be advised when it is ready for you to pick-up. This process may take 2-7 days depending on the availability of stock.

We try to ensure that all products listed on our website are available and that the product details are true and accurate. If we are unable to supply your chosen product, you will be offered an alternative product, a delayed delivery time or a full refund.

Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and let us know what your problem has been. We may be able to arrange an alternative product for you or provide some other assistance.
If it is then decided that you need to return the product, you will be provided with a return authorisation number.
If you picked the item up from your local shop, please return the item to our shop. We will raise a receipt form and you will be credited by the banking or payment service that you chose at time of purchase or provided with a replacement product.
If the item was sent to your home, you are required to return the item to our warehouse or store. You will be advised of the address details. If you chose the item in error, then you will need to pay for the return postage. If the item was wrongly supplied or faulty, then we are happy to pay for or reimburse you for the postal charges.
